If rain falls within 30 days of your exterior window clean and leaves mineral spots on the glass, we return and re-clean the exterior at no charge. San Clemente’s winter rain season ends in April — most spring and summer cleans will not need this guarantee. But it is in place because we stand behind our work unconditionally.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Every job ends with a walkthrough before payment. If you find any panel, track, screen, or sill that does not meet the standard we agreed to, we re-clean it before leaving. We do not leave until you are satisfied.
This is not a “call us back” policy. The re-clean happens on the same visit, before we pack up and before you pay.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
The rain guarantee covers exterior glass spots from rain mineral deposits — not salt film re-accumulation from ocean air, which is not caused by rain. The satisfaction guarantee covers work we agreed to perform — not additional services not included in the original quote.
