1. Services

Window Cleaning San Clemente provides professional window cleaning, screen cleaning, hard water stain removal, and related services in San Clemente, CA and surrounding areas. Booking our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are firm — the price quoted is the price you pay. No hidden fees. If site conditions differ materially from what was described, we will inform you before proceeding.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Recurring service terms are outlined at the time of agreement.

4. Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may result in a fee. We may reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions at no charge to you.

5. Our Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to correct the issue at no charge. This does not cover pre-existing damage or conditions disclosed during quoting.

6. Property Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to areas to be cleaned. Please secure pets and inform us of special conditions. We are licensed and insured.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, CA.
